Also, they lost some of my photos and precious small items.

Steer clear.

This business has an appalling attitude towards safety. The depot is located right next to a child centre day care and their drivers are constantly blocking access to the driveway or parking so close to the drop off and pickup area that it is blocking any view to safely exit.
When confronting the drivers and workers loading or unloading about blocking is always met with rude gestures, swearing in front of children and parents and unbelievably apathetic attitudes towards safety.
After contacting their office I was assured this would never happen again but just wait one month and it starts again. I cannot believe the lack of authority management has over its workers or maybe the problem is at management level as they simply fail to maintain safety in an area of high traffic of children. A serious complaint to police and council is on the way as clearly management doesn’t care.
